Terms & Conditions
- Special offers and discounts only apply to the months stated and cannot be used in con-junction with any other offers. If appointments are booked and then cancelled it is subject to my discression if the offer is carried over upon rebooking.
- Offers only apply to home-salon treatments, where mobile the cost of the full treatment is payable and may incur a travel charge.
- All prices, treatments and information are correct at the time of posting this website and are subject to revision without notice.
- Deposits will be required for some treatments.
- Cancellation Policy Please note 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise 50% of the total treatment price will be charged. No Show's maybe subject to payment of the full treatment price as the required time slot cant be re-booked at such short notice.
- Punctuality & Courtesy, as a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. I will endeavour to carry out what I can within the time slot allocated, or suggest a re-booking.
Additional Gift Voucher terms
-The Gift Voucher can be used as full or part payment. No change will be given; any remaining balance left can be spent on future treatments, within the expiry terms.
-Gift Vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, ie applied to treatments already booked with us.
-Please refer to your promotional voucher for the expiry date and any additional offer restrictions.
-Gift vouchers have a cash value of GBP 0.001 and cannot be redeemed for cash
-Bristol Beauty Vine reserves the right to cancel gift vouchers or amend these conditions at any time.
-Please note that gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
-Gift vouchers passed the expiry will forfeit any remaining value.
